When Jessica and Benjamin reached out to us for their Santa Cruz vow renewal, they shared a story that many couples can relate to: they had a lackluster experience with their elopement photographer in Tahoe, and the memory of those bad photos had been haunting them ever since. We started our day early at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park where we met J + B and started capturing their love story amidst the literally towering redwoods (we honestly can't believe how enormous these trees are).
After our time in the Redwoods, we made our way to Quail Hollow Ranch, where their vow renewal ceremony was hosted by the Santa Cruz County Parks. The lush greenery provided a beautiful setting for the couple's intimate ceremony.
Throughout the day, it was absolutely clear that they share a deep and abiding love for each other, and their commitment to each other was evident in every photo we took. It was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do, and we felt so incredibly privileged to be a part of such a special moment.
